Thanks to the support received under the European Funds for Eastern Poland, we achieved the project’s intended goals.
We not only launched online sales but also reached a wide range of new customers.
We established valuable international relationships, expanding our network of business contacts, and the purchase of essential equipment allowed us to increase both the efficiency and quality of our products to better meet market expectations.

Tasks and activities that will be implemented as part of the project (description of what will be done, purchased, etc.):

• Preparatory activities and commencement of sales in two distribution channels;
• Scaling the business model in both distribution channels.

Target groups:

NEXTGEN MATERIALS clients will be buyers of watch straps, and then, with the increasing acceptance and adaptation of the new material, also other leather accessories, buyers of smartphone cases, producers and distributors of watch straps and watches, producers and distributors of GSM products and accessories.

Our buyer is a person who is looking for a product with an attractive design, a unique accessory in the form of a watch strap or a smartphone case, wants to fit in with global trends in the field of ecology,is looking for products from companies producing according to the "cruelty free" principle.

Goal(s) of the project:

Sale of at least 150 pieces of watch straps and/or smartphone cases (through Partners and e-commerce channel)

Effects & results of the project:

• A fully functional store has been launched in the e-commerce channel;
• Our watch straps and smartphone cases included in the offer of at least one Partner;
• Participation in economic missions abroad;
• Implementation of marketing and sales campaign;
• Purchase of equipment necessary for production.

Value of the project (total costs of the project):

728,202.00 PLN (in words: seven hundred twenty-eight thousand two hundred and two zlotys).

Contribution of European Funds:

593,271.10 PLN (in words: five hundred ninety-three thousand, two hundred seventy-one zlotys and ten groszy).
